One of the coolest looking web apps I’ve ever seen. It’s easy to use, has all features you’d expect (and more). Plus, the UI is gorgeous.
I’ve used The Invoice Machine for a couple of months. This is the most elegant invoicing service I’ve used.

So, if you’d like to do your own book-keeping on your Mac, there are apps out there that could do the trick.
Some of them are really nicely done, and the UI design are often so much better than their Windows equivalents. (Yes, I know, surprising… but obviously, even something as dull as business software is a lot sexier on a Mac.)
However, most of these applications are the opposite to full-fledged finance systems. They do a couple of things. Not everything.
Maybe you might find some of these apps interesting. Maybe, you could even use them in your organization. But it’s also possible that none of these apps would fit your company needs at all.
Many of these apps are smaller than the average business financial system. These Mac apps do a few things (like invoicing and time-tracking) well.
Another small and clean app that’s been around at least half a decade, is this application:
It’s better than last time I saw it. iOrdning aspires to be an all-in-one solution.
Please, note that this is a Swedish application. It’s tailor-made for Swedish taxes etc. — which obviously is great if you live in Sweden (like I do).
However, if you live in the U.S. I’d guess you’re better off with Quicken, QuickBooks or what have you.
What invoicing solution are you using? I’d like a simple one where you have as much control over your templates as possible.
